Default New latency icon + old menu button = ftw

The new Latency meter is awesome. But (someone had to complain about this for no reason, figured i'd be the one) I have a small problem with it.

My party window is 100% covering it up. Always. I like my party window there, and i'm not moving it. I know, I know. I should be more flexible. But, my one reasoning for this is that through the interface option, you are able to move every other piece of the UI around, hide it, or huge-ify it. Why not this?

So, here's my VERY VERY VERY simple / sensible / intelligent / easy solution to make myself and probably at least one other person happy:

I made it a picture so you could see exactly what I was talking about.

Now, it makes sense, is easy, and wouldn't cause any problems for anyone.

That is so much tidier. Nice and clean. Not that i'll throw a hissy fit if it doesn't happen, but it does look nicer.
